Most larger partners (museums, spas, bigger restaurants, adventure parks) have English-speaking staff or English info. The digital partner list and discount descriptions are also available in English on the website.

Yes – especially if you plan to visit 2–3 paying attractions, eat out at partner restaurants and try at least one active experience (bob track, boat trip, wine tasting, etc.). Most visitors recover the price within the first day.

No – the PASS is personal. Each person needs their own.

The PASS is transferable before it's first use - you can gift someone with the PASS - just reassigne it to their e-mail.

You can do this after logging in to your Profile.

It varies by partner and offer — some are one-time only (e.g. free entry to a specific attraction), while many others are unlimited during your PASS validity period (as long as the 24/48-hour window is active). Check the exact rules for each place in the "Offers" section on the website — most discounted services (like restaurants, wellness, rentals) allow repeated use if you visit multiple times within the validity.

The 24- or 48-hour validity begins from your first use — that is, the moment the QR code is scanned for the first time at any participating partner location.

Yes — it's easy to give the PASS as a gift!

• Purchase it as usual on the website.
• Log in to your account.
• Go to your purchased cards, select the one you want to gift, and use the transfer option.
• Enter the recipient's email address — the PASS (with QR code) will be sent/transferred to them.

Important rules:

• You can only transfer the card PASS before its first use (before anyone scans the QR code). Once activated, it's personal and non-transferable.
• The PASS remains valid for 365 days from purchase (plenty of time to plan a trip).
• It activates on the first scan at a partner location, starting the 24- or 48-hour countdown from that moment.

Digital tourist passes are generally non-refundable after purchase. If you have not activated (scanned) the PASS yet and there is a valid reason (serious illness documented etc.), contact support within 14 days.
